Hi, I’m Becky — and and I thought I hated all sports until I turned 40 and picked up a badminton racket for the first time. 

After a lifetime of avoiding all things physical it was a no surprise that at first, I wasn’t very good. I missed more shots than I hit, stood in the wrong place more times than I care to admit, and had a lot to learn. But somewhere along the way, something unexpected happened: I became completely obsessed.

Badminton quickly turned into more than just a hobby. It became the thing I looked forward to, the thing that challenged me, humbled me, and made me laugh at myself. It was the thing I wanted to eat, sleep, breathe and wear. The problem? I couldn’t find clothes that matched how I felt about the sport — fun, high-quality, comfortable shirts that understood the joy, frustration, humor, and quiet pride of showing up for a game you love, even when you’re still figuring it out.

So that's when Dragon Badminton Shop was born

Dragon Badminton Shop started as a way to create apparel for players like me — people who love court sports deeply, even if they’re not elite, even if they started late, even if they’re still “working on it.” As the community grew, it naturally expanded into pickleball and tennis, because the more we support our court-loving brothers and sisters the more courts are built and used, the more we all win. 

This shop is proudly woman-owned, and every design is created by people who actually play these sports. We know the missed shots, the sore legs, the small wins, the big laughs, and the strange joy of being completely hooked on something that challenges you. You won't find generic designs here, but ones that we personally relate to and, hopefully, you do too. 

Dragon Badminton Shop is about more than shirts.  It’s about being proud of your obsession, at every age and skill level even if it doesn’t look impressive on paper. Especially if it doesn’t.
